Yes, it will, but please be aware that mounting the Sparc AR on this is going to place your red dot at well over 3" above whatever you are mounting too. It's not a recommended set up.

Regarding the prior person's review, this is recommended for individuals who utilize night vision or have large ir/vis/illuminator devices on the rail. There's a purpose for this mount, to the guy saying it's "not a recommended setup", it has a purpose. Just zero and learn your holds with the height over bore.
