If it will work with the surefire dual switch it will work with this one. Steiner's use the same connection as the surefire dual switch so this one should work as well with holosun

YES...Holosun uses the insight connector better known to me as a "crane" connector

No. Holosun uses different terminations than what are provided with the TAPS.
