are both lasers "slaved" so as to sight in the vis and have the IR zero?

Adjusting the vis green will adjust the IR pointer yes

The system has a Crane port, so crane remote switches will work.

can I have a list of all the parts you used including the Streamlight and pressure switches that you have in the fde picture

Surefire M640V with DS00 Tail Cap and DS07 Dual Pressure Pad. The 3EIR DIR line of lasers feature a crane port so switches with a crane port will work. Please note that non Unity (Chinese switch clones) have been found to be problematic.

Can I use this one in the day like a regular laser or it’s just for night time with night vision

The US Night Vision Designate IR Dual Beam Green Laser Sight uses both a green visible laser, and Infared laser. Meaning it can be used in both daylight and dark with the use of NVG's.

All Designate models run the "Crane" pattern female remote cable pressure pad interface. We have tried various remote cable pressure pad brands and thus far they have all functioned.
