Can this be used to replace the mlok free float handguard?

Yes. The UTG Pro Super Slim M-LOK Forend is designed to replace the original forend found on the Ruger PC Carbine. It also provides a lower 1/3 optic mount that will accept optics with the Docter mounting footprint.

This UTG Pro Super Slim M-LOK Forend is not compatible with the Ruger PC Charger. I would recommend using the Midwest Industries Ruger PC Combat Rail, found by using the link below:
