Will this fit an m85?

The M85 & M92 are essentially the same pistol just chambered in a different round so it should fit and work fine for the M85.

Is this the same as the one on zastava website? As in does UTG make the handguard for them?

The UTG Pro Zastava M92 Quad Rail Handguard is similar to the Zastava M92 Quad Rail. Zastava does not state if UTG makes there model quad rail.

The UTG Pro Zastava M92 Quad Rail Handguard will fit over the piston gas system of the Zasatva M92 without the need for modification.

The UTG Pro Zastava M92 Quad Rail Handguard is a drop in replacement handguard for the Zastava M92. So it will work with the current gas system on that gun.

HOW DO YOU INSTALL THE RUBBER RAIL GUARDS ?

The Low Profile Max Security Rubber Rail Guards included with this handguard can be installed by lining up the stop bar on the rail guard with a piece of picatinny on the handguard, then place the guard on the handguard with a side to side rolling motion. This UTG Pro Zastava M92 Quad Rail Handguard was designed specifically to fit the Zastava M92. As long as you have an M92 or similar clone, this handguard should fit and function as intended.
