No. The V Seven Harbinger 308 Complete Upper is a DPMS style 308 upper. It will only be compatible with DPMS lower receivers.

DPMS and SR25 lowers are different. The upper in the picture has the SR25 lower pattern. Are you sure this will fit DPMS? Is the picture incorrect?

It will not fit a DPMS radiused receiver.

V Seven does not provide the overall weight of their Harbinger 308 Complete Upper. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information.

Does this come with a charging handle and bolt assembly?, will this be comparable with a PWS lower?

The V Seven Harbinger 308 Complete Upper 20HARB 308-UR, comes with a charging handle and BCG. The V Seven Harbinger 308 Complete Upper may be compatible with a PWS lower. The V Seven Harbinger 308 Complete Upper is compatible with DPMS style lowers so if the PWS lower receiver is DPMS pattern it should work.

Any DPMS/SR25 pattern lower receiver would work with this upper receiver.
