Does this QD limit rotation?

No. The buffer tube will limit the rotation.

How much harder are these to stake than the normal 6061/7075? I know Magpuls melonited version was a pain compared to Radians 6061/7075

Our titanium hardness is similar to mil-spec steel and will stake similarly.
