Will this stand up to an AR10. I have 4 fused discs in my neck, low profile are impossible for me to use.

The Vector Optics 25.4mm 1in One Piece Cantilever Tactical Mount will function as intended on an AR10 as long as it is properly installed. It offers a centerline height of 1.6" which would not require you to move your head lower to the receiver.
