The Vector Optics Frenzy-S MIC 1x17x24 Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMSc footprint which would be compatible with the DeltaPoint Pro #4 plate included with your Glock 19 MOS.

The Vector Optics Frenzy-S MIC 1x17x24 Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMSc footprint. It can be mounted to an M&P2.0 10mm that is optics ready using the compatible mounting plate from Smith and Wesson.

No. The Vector Optics Frenzy-S MIC 1x17x24 Red Dot Sight is a micro optic that uses the Shield RMSc optic footprint. It would not be compatible with a slide cut for the Trijicon RMR.

Yes. The Vector Optics Frenzy-S MIC 1x17x24 Red Dot Sight utilizes the same Shield RMSc micro red dot footprint and will fit all cuts that use the Shield RMSc cut.
