The Versacarry Commander OWB Holster will not fit your Rock Island M200. Unfortunately we do not carry specific holsters for the M200. Craft Holsters does make a few options for the M200 however.

Are there 2 belt slots and will a Rugar LC9 with Crimson Trace laser fit?

Depending on the exact laser you are using, the Versacarry Commander OWB Holster may or may not work. If you are using the Crimson Trace Laserguard then the correct holster for you is size #1. MPN:62101
This is the only laser that this holster will accommodate with the LC9. The holster uses 2 points to weave your belt through. One loop is sewn in behind the magazine pouch and the other is the obvious loop that sticks out on the opposite side. It was designed to be used with 1.5" belts.
