Will this brake work well with 7.62x39?

The VG6 Precision Epsilon 762 Muzzle Brake works with calibers that have a bullet diameter of 0.308" or less. 7.62x39 has a bullet diameter of 0.312". However, this brake is stated to work with most .30 cal calibers. I would reach out to VG6 Precision directly to see if 7.62x39 is compatible as it very well could be if the exit hole is bored 0.020" larger.

The VG6 Precision Epsilon 762 is a Muzzle Brake, not a flash hider.

Is there a minimum barrel length suggested for this brake? I have an 8.5" on my 300 bike and finding that the Apollo Max states it isn't suggested.

VG6 Precision does not recommend any specific barrel length for their Epsilon 762 Muzzle Brake. It should function as intended regardless of the length of your barrel.

Will this fit my Ruger Scout 308

Yes. The VG6 Precision Epsilon 762 Muzzle Brake fits any rifle that uses 5/8x24 threads (like your B-14), and has a bullet diameter of 0.308" or less (like 6.5 Creedmoor).

No. Your Zastava M70 uses 14mm x 1" LH threads while this VG6 Precision Epsilon 762 Muzzle Brake uses 5/8 x 24" threads.

That is correct, it is compatible with .308 Winchester and 7.62x51 NATO ammunition.
