Does the Epsilon CAGE fit on to this ak vg6? Reason Is I have the 556 version and curious if the cage can go on the ak. Or do I need a spec ak cage?

No, the VG6 Precision Epsilon AK Muzzle Device uses 14x1.0 LH threads while the BRN-180 in 7.62x39 uses 5/8x24 threads.

The manufacturer does not state if the VG6 Precision Epsilon AK Muzzle Device will allow a bayonet. I recommend contacting VG6 Precision for that information.

Would this work for 300 blackout?

Yes, this VG6 Precision Epsilon AK Muzzle Device is designed for 7.62x39 which has a bullet diameter of 0.311". While 300 Blackout has a bullet diameter of 0.308". However, this muzzle device features 14x1.0 LH threads. If you do not have the same thread pitch, I'd recommend using any .308/.30 cal muzzle device with corresponding threads.
