will this work on a 25/06 it has 5/8-24 thread but what is the diameter of the hole in the muzzle device

Yes, this will work with the .25-06 which has a bullet diameter of 0.257. The 6.5 Creed has a bullet diameter of 0.2644

Would this be appropriate to use on a .25-45 Sharps AR barrel? It’s threaded 5/8-24. I know it would fit, but would I still get recoil mitigation?

I just bought a VG6 Gamma Precision 6.5creedmoor. I am wondering if the logo design on the muzzle facing down to the bottom or facing up?

Logo has to face down towards the ground. If you cant time it, you have to crash the shim that comes with it by tightening it and loosening it until you get it lined up

What is the thread size and caliber of MPN APVG100018 ? The MPN APVG100016 spec caliber is 6.5 CM but it’s feature cal is 5.56

It is 5/8-24 threaded, and VG6 lists it as compatible for 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 Grendel, and 6.8 Remington SPC.
