What is the length? And is there a predrilled hole for the pin and weld? Or is that a tap hole?

The VG6 Precision AR-15 Gamma Muzzle Device is 1.72" in overall length. The pre-drilled hole can be used for pinning or welding this muzzle device to a barrel.

Will this work on a 350 legend?

The 9mm VG6 Precision AR-15 Gamma Muzzle Device is the only model bored large enough to accommodate the bullet diameter of 350 Legend (.357"). It will only work if you have 1/2x28 threads.

These VG6 Precision AR-15 Gamma Muzzle Devices have an updated chamber design. This improved design helps to improve gas flow and rigidity.
