Yes! I purchased to confirm it does fit on the Ruger PC Charger 9mm takedown bottom slots. It sticks out 1/2" past the barrel stock. I plan to shave off the center tab to slide it back to almost flush.

The unit is 3.3" (84mm) long, an extends below the rail 1.25" (30mm).
