Unfortunately, Vism has not provided sizing dimensions. It is an adjustable plate carrier it is just not defined how adjustable in size it is. I suggest reaching out to Vism to request sizing clarification.

I know it says 10x12 plates. Will it fit 10x12 shooter style plates as well?

Will these allow a sapi plate or just soft/ plate armor?

It will accommodate both as long as the plates are 10"x12".
