can the pistol holster be moved to the right side for left hand cross draw ?

It can be moved to the left hand side, however the draw will still be for a right hand.

I only see size ranges of xs-s and l-2xl. My son usually wears a youth med (around size 10). I don't see a sizing chart either. Please advise!
