There are no straps to hold rifle plates in position. Plates slide around/up/down. How do you keep 10"x12" plates in position in front/back pouches?

10x12 plates will not fit as secure because the VISM MOLLE Expert Plate Carrier Vest is designed for 11x14 plates not 10x12 plates.
