Does this need an additional adapter to accept a milspec AR15 buffer tube?

The VISM Grip Adapt Telestock Tube is only compatible with the VISM Grip Adapt Telestock Tube (commercial spec) which can be found by using the link below. There is not an adapter available that will let you install a Milspec buffer tube.
