Will the 870 part fit 20ga?

Yes, it will. According to the manufacturer: Replaces Remington part #16176 and fits 870, 12, 20 and 1100, 12, 20.

Only item VCWEE for the Walther P22 comes with the spring, the other models are all designed to be used with the factory spring.
