Nicely polished
The extractor is well made and nicely polished. The edge the grabs the rim of the case is very sharp and does its job well. I am stalled it without any problems. I test fired my rifle and it threw the spent casings out at a nice 3 o'clock position.

These Pistol Slides & Slide Parts by Volquartsen Firearms are wire EDM cut from sturdy A2 tool steel and hardened to RC 58-60. Beyond their strength, these extractors won't lose their edge under impact unlike other models that crumble under pressure after a short duration of use. With this Volquartsen Exact Edge Steel Extractor, the hook is 0.005in closer to the rim of the cartridge which allows the most positive extraction possible. Each of these devices have a remarkably precise hook point and are designed to last significantly longer than any other extractors available.
