Where can the factory site be installed on the Barrell? It is pre-drilled to easily accept the sw22 fiber optic site?

Yes, the Volquartsen Firearms I-Fluted SS Barrel with Forward Blow Comp for SW22 is drilled and tapped to accept factory front sights.

Does the barrel come with ability to mount lower rail ?

The Volquartsen Firearms I-Fluted SS Barrel with Forward Blow Comp will not allow for any rails or rail segments to be equipped with the use of this barrel. It is drilled and tapped to accept the factory front sight and has a removable compensator with 1/2x28 TPI.

What is the overall length with compensator?

This is a 7.5" compensated barrel, the compensator is integral to the end of the barrel.
