Voodoo Tactical only states that their Heavy Armor Carrier's hook-n-loop closure will accept 10"x12" armored plates. For more information, I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.

The Voodoo Tactical Heavy Armor Carrier has fitted inside pockets to accommodate both soft and hard armor. Hook-n-Loop closure fits 10" x 12" plates (front and back).
The sides provide wrap around coverage when using soft armor.
