What is the total height of the chimney? It appears in the product photo that the chimney stands about two feet above the fire box.

Can this be used inside of the house

That really depends on a ton of factors about the house, where it is going to be used and for what. I would highly recommend you contact the manufacturer, but my personal opinion would be that you should not use this indoors and you should find a stove that is specifically meant to be used indoors.
