The Matrix pack is 16'L x 16"W x 18"h and is approximately 73 Liters.

Can this pack be attached to a plate carrier?

The Voodoo Tactical Improved Matrix Pack is designed as a standalone pack. You can probably use the QD buckles to buckle it to a front panel but that would be it. So I would say this would not be an ideal pack for attaching to a plate carrier.

The Matrix pack can be worn in addition with a plate carrier.

Does this pack have quick release like the packs in the Military?

Yes. The Voodoo Tactical Improved Matrix Pack uses QD buckles for the shoulder straps and the waist strap. They are also adjustable as well.

The black selection is less than $100. Is it also the Improved Matrix pack? Does it have an internal frame?

Yes, the black version is the same pack, it's just cheaper to produce since it's a solid color and black thread is generally cheaper.
