This particular mount is not manufactured in the USA but would be an excellent choice for an AR10 chambered in 7.62 NATO. Hi Tony, most of Vortex’s product lines are outsourced to China, there is nothing to be surprised about . However, for its price( over $100 ) , i could find comparable items made in the USA .

Can you change the tops to tops with a rail spot or rmr footprint to mount a red dot on top of it?
