No this optic does not sit high enough to accommodate the 50mm objective lens, just up to 40mm. I would recommend a high mount.

I have a saint Victor AR-15. Will this fit with Vortex crossfire 2 3-9x40mm with 1" tube? I'm also a taller guy at 6'6" so should I go with a 2" or 3"

This cantilever mount will be an excellent pairing on your Saint Victor! Overall, the 2" offset would be most commonly utilized, and would provide excellent loft and forward offset for proper cheekweld and eye-relief.

The Vortex Cantilever Ring Mount for 1-Inch Tube will work with the Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x50mm scope. I recommend using the 3" offset model.

Will this fit my MP15 5.56 SW weaver rail ( 2007 bought ) It shows Picatinny spec.

Picatinny accessories will not fit to a weaver style rail. So if you do have a weaver top rail this mount would not be compatible.
