What's the difference between this product and the Vortex Crossfire II 1x22mm? They look the same.

The Vortex Crossfire 1x21mm Reflex Red Dot Sight uses the Aimpoint T1 pattern footprint and will be compatible with all T1 pattern mounts.

How it the power on/off actuated? (Shake awake/manual selection/ect.)

To turn on the Vortex Crossfire 1x21mm Reflex Red Dot Sight, turn the Illumination Dial to align the desired brightness setting with the Indicator Dot. Returning the Illumination Dial to zero will turn the unit off. A shake awake/auto-off function is not used.
