I would say no unless you are setting up your Marlin with a forward mounted scout scope. The eye relief is too great for a normal mounted scope like on the Marlin 336 I have. Im mounting this on my Heritage 92 that requires a greater eye relief like a scout scope.

If it's the Dark horse or SBL models that have the long pic rail on the top, yes.
