The use of a scout-type mount would be required, which can present a challenge on the 91-pattern rifles. Overall, we would recommend the standard Crossfire-II 2-7x32 over the Scout for this application, and then simply mounting with a set of our medium-height Pro-Series 1" rings to the top rail on the receiver!
