This optic comes with 2 mounting options. One to co-witness the sights on an AR-15 and a low mount for pistols and other rifles. The Crossfire with the low mount would be a great optic for your 10/22. You will need a picatinny or weaver style rail on your 10/22 to mount it.

The answer submitted by Johnsy is a good/satisfactory answer to this question. Just received the red dot sight and it does ship w/ both a 'high' and 'low' mount, both mounts requiring a picatinny or weaver style rail for actual attachment of the optic to the firearm. Either 'high' or 'low' mount should be workable on your 10/22.
