It does indeed!
The Vortex Defender-ST uses the Deltapoint Pro footprint and is dimensionally larger than what the Shield X was designed to accept. The Vortex Defender CCW uses the smaller RMSc footprint and would be a direct fit option for your Shield X. It can be found linked below:

The Vortex Defender-ST is compatible with the FN 509 Compact Tactical. You will need to use the FN #501 MRD plate (Deltapoint Pro) that can be purchased directly from FN. With that plate installed, you will be able to install this optic.
The Vortex Defender-ST 3 MOA Red Dot Sight is compatible with optics-ready Springfield XD-M Elite 9mm models. However, to mount this sight, you'll need an appropriate adapter plate. Springfield Armory offers the XD OSP Optic Mounting Plate, which is compatible with various red dot sights, including the Vortex Defender-ST. Alternatively, companies like Springer Precision provide dovetail optics mounts specifically designed for Springfield XD/XDM/ELITE models. These mounts allow you to securely attach your red dot sight without permanent modifications to your firearm.
The Defender ST would not be compatible with the 43X MOS. The correct model optic would be the Defender CCW, which will mount directly to your slide without the need for an adapter plate. It can be found by using the link below:

With the correct adapter plate, yes!
The Shield Plus is designed to accept RMSc-footprint optics directly to the slide, whereas this is a DPP footprint. A custom adapter plate could be fashioned by the folks at AmeriGun USA (www.amerigunusa.com).
Without a custom adapter, no. The Defender-ST is a Delta Point Pro cut, otherwise!
With the correct mount plate (Delta Point Pro) this will absolutely mount to your FNH!
With the correct optic plate (Delta Point Pro), this can indeed be used on your pistol!
