The Defender ST uses the DeltaPointPro footprint, whereas the Defender CCW uses the RMSc footprint.

The Defender-ST Enclosed also has a larger window than the Defender-CCW Enclosed

St has a DPP foot print, Delta point pro. The defender CCW has a RMS foot print, like Trijicon.
