Yes, as long as the mounting plate on the tripod is equipped with a standard 1/4x20 screw thread.

No, this has an adjustable eye cup so it can be adjusted for optimal use for people with glasses.

Curious as to how far you can see bullet holes with this scope? The cheap scopes are ok up to about 100 yards but anything more than that is iffy!

It will depend on a lot of factors. Shooting a .308, with Shoot-n-C splatter style targets should be visible out to 200-300 yards. But seeing bullet holes at long distances becomes exponentially more difficult the farther out it is because of mirage, clarity of the optics, bullet size and a slew of other variables.
