This would be an outstanding option for the Strike Eagle 1-6x24 or 1-8x24 on the AR-platform, providing ideal height for proper head position and eye-relief!

Will this work well for a Henry X model 45-70 and Vortex Viper PST Gen II 1-6x24mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

This mount would work for that rifle, but, would be considerably higher than necessary. A ring-system like the Pro-Series 30mm rings, PN# PR30-M, would be a more appropriate fit!

Will the front gap/height of the mount clear a Devil Dog hard charger mounting point?

The Vortex Precision QR Cantilever Mount 30mm 2in offset front ring has a height from rail to bottom of the ring of .244". This should not interfere with the Devil Dog Hard Charger. However I do recommend measuring the height of which the Hard Charger mounting point to confirm.

Will the QR levers on this mount obstruct a vortex reflex sight on a 45 degree offset mount in front?

The QR levers on the Vortex Precision QR Cantilever Mount will not affect the line of sight of a Vortex reflex sight mounted at a 45 degree offset. You should also be able to use the QR levers without have to remove the 45 degree offset mount.

Yes, the Vortex Precision QR Cantilever Mount 30mm will work on a Daniel Defense DDM4 V7, but it depends on the model scope you have. If it has a 30mm tube it will work.
