The Gen II Razor AMG became available for purchase in July 2020. If you purchased yours prior to that, you most likely have a Gen I. If you're experiencing issues, definitely reach out to Vortex about their VIP Warranty.

The adjustments have a large flat head slot that can be adjusted using a coin, flat head screw driver or anything else that will fit in the notch. So adjustment with your fingers may be possible, but to avoid injury you should just be using some sort of small flat tool like a coin.

EOTech has made red dots at varying heights so that will depend on exactly what holographic sight you are comparing it too. The optical center height of the Razor UH-1 is approximately 1.58". You could possibly bump it up to 1.93" but it would require a riser thats measures the height difference.
Yes, this will have no issues on a .50 Beowulf.
