This is the Gen I, which has been discontinued. Vortex has released a Gen II Razor AMG. Here's the link!

The Gen II Razor AMG became available for purchase in July 2020. If you purchased yours prior to that, you most likely have a Gen I. If you're experiencing issues, definitely reach out to Vortex about their VIP Warranty.

Is the sight NVG compatible? EOtech has several that are and I'd prefer to get this w/magnifier.

Unfortunately there are no covers specifically meant for the UH-1. The likely closest option would be to use one of the Comp M4 scope coats found here:

Is this the second or first version? I heard the first version has ghosting issues with the reticle while the second version has fixed this issue.

Can you adjust the windage and elevation with just your fingers?

The adjustments have a large flat head slot that can be adjusted using a coin, flat head screw driver or anything else that will fit in the notch. So adjustment with your fingers may be possible, but to avoid injury you should just be using some sort of small flat tool like a coin.

Does this site exactly compare height wise to an Eotech? Also everyone says this is lower 1/3 is their anyway to raise it higher to 1.93” height?

EOTech has made red dots at varying heights so that will depend on exactly what holographic sight you are comparing it too. The optical center height of the Razor UH-1 is approximately 1.58". You could possibly bump it up to 1.93" but it would require a riser thats measures the height difference.
