Are the Vortex Razor HD 10x50 binos made in Japan or China?

These are made in China to the same quality standards that were coming out of Japan.

Do they come with the tri-pod adapter?

The Razor-HD 10x50's do not come with a tripod adapter included, however, the Sport- and Pro-Series tripod adapter are an excellent fit!

Which HD generation of the 10x50 Razor are you selling, the latest? I think the latest product number is V-202.
