Will this work with a Holosun 507C? If so will I need a different plate for it to fit? Thank you

This will not work with the 507c. We would recommend our 45-degree picatinny mount, PN# 45RDM!

Will this work with ADE RD3-015 red dot

The Vortex RT45 Offset mount is designed to fit the Razor red-dots unique footprint, and will not work with the ADE RD3-015.

Will this mount be able to be reversed? Left handed and would like the sight on the opposite side

Yes, it can be mounted to either side.

No, it is meant specifically for the Vortex Razor red dot.
