Vortex does not provide the country of origin for their Torque Wrench Mounting Kit 2. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Apparently you have a problem with including the torque range being included with your torque wrenches.

The Vortex Torque Wrench Mounting Kit is adjustable in 1 in/lb increments (10-50 in/lb). It includes:
Hex bits (9/64", 3/16", 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm)
Torx Bits (T10, T15, T25)
Screwdriver bit
10mm wide
1 socket
1/2" Socket
1/4" Socket adapter
