I mounted this on a Glock 19 Gen 5 and was using my Laserlyte bore sight to get it close before going to the range. I cant get it to adjust down. — 2 Answers

There could be a plethora of reasons as to why you are experiencing what you are experiencing. There could have been a tiny installation error, the mount could be slightly wrong or uneven, the red dot could be off or a slew of other reasons. I would recommend reaching out to a gunsmith to look into the issue as we have no service center where we can appropriately assist.

I found out that a 1 degree shim is required, not a gunsmith. I called manufacturer and that took care of it. Been nice if they would let you know about such things.
