The NERO 9 should work on the Ruger PC Carbine in 9mm just fine. It comes with a fresh crush washer and as long as that Ruger PC Carbine is threaded 1/2x28 you should be good to go.

I use this, VERY SUCCESSFULLY, on a Ruger PC9 carbine! Little to NO recoil and what there is in recoil is VERY FLAT and straight back. One of the best muzzle devices I’ve ever used!
