The Walther Arms Threaded barrel PPQ - .45 ACP is 4.6" and will work with the Walther PPQ M2 45ACP.

Can I replace my 9mm pdp barrel with this 45cal barrel and if so would I need a guide rod

The Walther Arms Threaded barrel PPQ would not work for your application. You cannot step up from 9mm to .45 ACP without having to change the slide, barrel, ejector, recoil spring, and magazines.

With all the threaded barrels for sale, there must be non-threaded barrels for sale also. How do I find those?

Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a non-threaded version of the Walther PPQ .45 ACP barrel.

Yes. The Walther Arms Threaded barrel will fit and function just fine using your OEM guide rod and recoil spring.

No, the 45 does not require a different spring for suppressed operation. That is strictly for 9mm.

I have a SilencerCO w/ a 5/8x24. How will I make this fit?

5/8x24 is the most common thread for 7.62mm/.308 weapons, .578x28 is the most common thread for .45 cal weapons.

I would highly recommend contacting Silencerco to confirm compatibility of your suppressor with a .45 caliber round, and to determine the correct adapter, if the suppressor determined to be is compatible.
