Will these work on a Mini-14 Tactical? Do you have to remove the rear iron sight? Thanks

Yes, these will work on the Mini-14 Tactical. MPN: 14RLM will raise the scope tube 0.460" above the receiver. Positioning and design of the scope you're mounting may require removal of the rear iron sight.

I see yes for mini-14 direct fit but my newer model has same height pillars/mount tops. So, I ask again ok?. also med hi ok for scope/eye clearance?

MPN: 14RLM will raise the scope tube 0.460" above the receiver. Positioning and design of the scope you're mounting may require removal of the rear iron sight to achieve correct eye relief.

No, these are specifically for Ruger. They will not fit your rifle.
