The Warne Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount will work with a Nikko Sterling Targetmaster 4-16x44mm scope. That scope has a 1" main tube. So you will need one of the 1" diameter models of the Warne Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount.

Yes, the Warne Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount can be used to mount a Athlon Optics Helos BTR Gen2 1-10 x 28 mm Rifle Scope to an AR. You will need one of the 34mm diameter ring models of the Warne Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount for that scope.
