How can I mount the Leopold scope with the shorter scope tubes

There are some cantilever and extended rings that may work, but for those instances we highly recommend getting a picatinny rail as it provides the ultimate flexibility in regards to mounting scopes. Will these bases fit a Kimber 84M Hunter?

Yes they will as the 84M Hunter is a new model and all of the 84M models manufactured after 2003 use 8-40 screws.
