The bipod has 5 height position notches and has 5 orientation notches. So the bipod can be at 0 degrees either towards the muzzle or towards the shooter. Then there is a 45 degree position between those and the vertical 90 degree position. So it has 5 orientation positions at 3 different angles.

It has 4 positions. 0°, 45°, 90°, and 180°. The legs can lay flat forward or rearward, and the orientation of the quick deploy from 180° to 90° can be be changed between forward and rearward.

The generation 1 had 5 locking positions and no quick deploy. The info for this product needs to be updated. The gen 1 had legs that were the same diameter from top to bottom. The latest version has legs that narrow in the middle and are full diameter top and bottom.
