The Weaver AR Flat Top Riser Rail 20MOA could help raise a scope on a AR15. However, I recommend getting a higher set of rings or cantilever mount in order to raise the scope height. This will allow for a sturdy mounting base and increased accuracy over time and use.

This is for an AR flat top receiver and will mount to a picatinny rail. It is a picatinny to picatinny riser.

The rail is a half inch riser with a length of approximately 7 inches. In regards to working with your Millett rifle scope, there is no reason it wouldn't, but it really depends on your rifle set up and what your purpose for the riser is.
