Yes, the Wilcox AN/PVS-14 Gen1 Arm should be compatible but I would contact the manufacturer to confirm.

I bought from you all a Armasight MNVD 51 Monocular. I have a similar L4 G24 Wilcox. Will this J Arm work on my Monocular or something else?

These are meant for a PVS 14 and will adapt to a dovetail mount such as a wilcox.

I have a Wilcox L4 G24 Mount and a PVS14 Gen3-3P NV monocular. Do I need a piece to connect these together? If so, please let me know which piece.

Yes, you need the J-arm to connect the PVS-14 to the G24 mount and you can use the J-arm on this page.

No, the G11 will use a normal PVS-14 J-Arm with the large horn interface connection. This J-Arm would be compatible with the G24 mount that accepts dovetail style connections.
