Yes, as long as they are the same port diameter, they should line up so the port in the barrel lines up properly with the port in the block.

Which one will fit Wilson Combat match grade 20” fluted barrel

The diameter of the Gas Block is determined by which 20" barrel you have. Generally, AR10 barrels in 20" Fluted designs for calibers like 308 or 6.5 CM will use the .875 diameter gas block. AR15 models in calibers like 5.56, 300BLK or 300 HAM'R require the .750 gas block.

Which is best for a carbon fiber 10” 300 blackout barrel?

The Wilson Combat Gas Block is offered in either a .750" or .938" gas journal size. You would need to see who makes your specific barrel to find out hat size fits. Most likely it will be the .750" but without knowing who makes your barrel I cannot confirm.

The .938" gas block has a set screw spacing of .400".
