Will this work on LR 308 or only A10s?

This is for Armalite length gas systems. Barrel manufactures aren't standardized. Some use DPMS(ar15)length, some use Armalite. Even if the barrel extension uses DPMS threads, it still may have Armalite length gas(BCA for example).

I have a low profile gas block. With this being straight, will it go into my gas block

This is a mil-spec gas tube and it is not straight.

What is the OAL (overall length) of this tube... 15.125" or 15.5"?
